Cabinet interfaces
The interfaces show a complete wiring for bus cards in the KUKA robot controller KR C2 edition2005.
The interface makes it possible to connect user-specific input and output signals to the KR C 2 edition2005
control cabinet.
The complete wiring offers a quick readiness for operation and substitutes for a customer-specific wiring with cable inlets.
The interfaces differ among other things in use of connectors:
The interface Interbus (Master / Slave) has a circular connector.
The interface Multibus-Interbus (Master) is equipped with a multibus connector.
Please note: Suitable interfaces and bus cards must be selected.
The interfaces with circular connector and multibus connector can be used for the
Interbus Copper / PCI , Master/Slave card.
For the Interbus optical fiber / PCI Master/Slave card, there is no interface; it must be used with a cable inlet!

IBS PCI diagnostics cable
The Interbus diagnostics cable is a short connecting cable between the Interbus card and the internal COM2 port. The connection enables the installation of the software diagnostic tool on the control PC and the performance of software diagnosis.
