Additional Ethernet interfaces are available. An Ethernet interface must be specified in conjunction with the RoboTeam software.

Ordering information / limitations
An Ethernet card is required for an Ethernet interface.

An Ethernet interface is required for the RoboTeam function. The required interface version depends on the RoboTeam software (CR software) used:

- If only the KUKA.CR ProgramCooperation software option is being used, the Ethernet interface 1x RJ45 must be used.

- With the KUKA.CR MotionCooperation or KUKA.CR ArcDigital software option, the Ethernet interface 2x RJ45 must be used.

Additional Ethernet interfaces are available. An Ethernet interface must be specified in conjunction with the RoboTeam software.

Ordering information / limitations

The SafeRobot interface on the control cabinet offers an additional slot for the second data cable in the connecting cable set Safe, which is necessary for SafeOperation.
The two data cables of the connecting cable set Safe generally connect the safety logic of the KR C2 with the SafeRDC on the robot (see Cross Sectional Technologies / KUKA.SafeRobot / SafeOperation - Axis-specific)

Master part:

- Optimized for fast DP master operation with up to 122 DP slaves and full data consistency
- Watchdog.

Slave part:
- Modular configuration.
- transfer function for automatic data transfer from the connected DP slave to a higher-level master on the second Profibus segment.

For the Profibus card PCI CP 5614 A2 the interfaces with circular connector, multibus connector and ECOFAST-connector can be used.

KUKA.PLC CIF50 (master card or slave card, Fa. Hilscher)
The Hilscher cards can be used together or independently.
The Hilscher cards can be used only in conjunction with ProConOS, further information see under Software Option / KUKA.PLC. The Hilscher cards are to be used only with a cable inlet.

Ordering information / limitation
The Wieland cable inlet is used in the connector panel of the control cabinet (robot controller).
A cable inlet is necessary if the wiring from the robot controller PC to the connector panel is made by the customer. This is the case if a complete wiring by KUKA is not provided or not desired by the customer.
